What is your life experience with therapy? 

A therapist in therapy? Yes, there have been times in my life where I personally benefited from attending therapy to address relationship issues, personal challenges, grief and loss. I also meet monthly with other clinicians to support each other and learn of additional services, referrals for my patients as needed. 

I regularly attend continuing education seminars, workshops, and trainings as I remain committed to clinical and professional excellence. 

How long are therapy sessions? 

Sessions will ordinarily be 50-60 minutes long.
